I have a job interview tomorrow!
Wow, this week has been a heck of a whirlwind. It seems like the week has flown by. I got a lot taken care of but still it been moving by so rapidly. I often find myself thinking it was the day before the actual day it is (did that make sense?). Like most of today(Thursday), I thought it was Wednesday. Anyway, it just seems like time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'. Into the future. Ha, can you name that tune??
Anywho...the news:
Monday, I dropped by the shop my girl Jess works at and filled out an application for a part time job. I am having no luck finding a full time job that interests me and I am just ready to get back out into the working world but I also have to care for my mom more these days so a part time job might just do the trick. Wednesday, Gretta (store manager) called me and asked me to come in Friday at 4PM for an interview. Jess seems to think I already have the job so YAY! I (most likey) have a part time job!
I will keep you all posted on how that all goes. I am feeling pretty confidant about it. It is just a sales clerk position so it shouldn't be too demanding. I will be working 25-30 hours/week. Plus, I get to go shopping for some work clothes! I sure hope I find something because from the stuff I've seen online, I am not impressed. I'm a plus size girl and all so my options are fairly limited. But it will all buff out.
So keep your fingers crossed for my interview. I hope I have a good hair day. Tonight, I am going to give myself a mini-facial and place some cucumbers over my eyes and get a good night sleep tonight so hopefully my dark bags under my eyes won't be so evident. I do have my treasured Benefit Powderflage to help me out too so....
