Have job. Will shop.

Over the past few days, I have been on the search for some basic items to start off with for my new job. I have some tops and pants and dresses already that I can wear but I definitely needed some new black pants and wanted some other tops to mix and match with. It didn't help that I needed a little retail therapy to cure the craziness of this week.

Below is the list of *most* of the stuff I have purchased. I couldn't find two tops, a handful jewelry and two pair of shoes online but I think you get the gist of it. My plan right now is to buy somewhat basic items and accessorize them with different types of jewelry for different looks. And then, once I get some cash flow rolling in, I will buy more trendy stuff to alternate with.

And the best part is I spent just a little over $300 bucks for all of this (including the items not listed here). Unfortunately, I am still on the hunt for a handbag or two. However, most of the ones I have found thus far are either not the right shape or not the right price. But I am just going to keep looking until I find something I like. Trust me, I have several handbags I can use if need be, but I would still like a new one. ;)
